  I picked up a door dash and the front cashier was seen spitting into the trash in front of customers as well as couldn’t wait a few seconds for a customer to move before sweeping trash in their direction

  They DO NOT follow the HYPE motto posted. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on an order that’s already completed because NO ONE came to help the new guy at the register that was on the phone taking what seemed to be a complex order. Why is EVERY employee in the kitchen except one? The order screen is visible so we can see that it is not busy. There’s also rarely Ice available and they have time to chat but not fill the soda machine.

  By far the worst wing stop ever. Ordered a 10 piece combo (with drink)with seasoned fries with cheese and corn. I recieved a brownie 3 ranch’s unseasoned fries and wings that were not well done I called and luckily the nice lady refunded me . I tried to give them another chance today I ordered the same thing and recieved fries with no seasoning and undone wings in lemon pepper flavor (I get ( hot honey and 5 garlic parm) I called to see if I could get a refund since I’m stuck at home with my son sleeping and some guy told me in order to get a refund id have to bring the food back up there after explaining why I couldn’t he had an attitude and said he couldn’t do it unless I brought the food back. Not sure how I’d do that . But there goes $40 and my dinner for the night. There’s always something wrong with my order I just don’t get why or how it is so hard coming from someone who also works in food service. Go to a different location or check your order in store before leaving and don’t DoorDash or deliver .

  The worst Wingstop in Michigan…. They always have a attitude. I Ordered 30 wings all flats …. I got 25 drums and 5 flats … chicken not cooked fully .. to spend over 30$ for a meal and not be correct is unacceptable.. thanks for wasting my time and money ..
