  I would absolutely recommend this UPS store. A young man named Wesley, was very professional. He went above & beyond to wrap and ship an antique mirror, a painting, & 2 framed prints with glass. The items were large and were wrapped so well. I was so pleased that the items made it to Connecticut in 2 days in perfect shape. Wesley also wrapped 2 antiques (both with glass) for my sister . Hers made it in perfect condition as well. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Michigan. Thank you Wesley!!!

  Shout out Micheal, he is seriously the best and so helpful!! The rest of the employees were also so great and kind. Highly recommend this store

  This is the second time I have used this UPS store and each time I have been met with complete and utter disrespect. I had 1 employee in particular talk back to me several times with attitude on 3/17. Then I decided to go back to make an Amazon return on 3/24 and was met with the same amount of hostility and attitude as well as raising of the voice from a separate employee. As someone who works in customer service I always try to make service workers feel appreciated and treat them with kindness, however, I have left this store both times in tears. I am extremely upset with their lack of respect.
