  I wouldn’t advise going to this subway location only because they burnt my bread and my siblings. She did not know how to make the sub i wanted (just asked what I wanted, didn’t bother finding out how to make it) and was on their phone when we came in and left. She also had an attitude by the way she spoke to us and proceeded to ask me if I was ready to order multiple times when I told her to give me a minute. Mind you I went there with my sibling, and we were both very friendly to the female worker that was on duty. Also our subs had way too much sauce. Also, when we walked in, I could have sworn she rolled her eyes as she was sitting on the counter in the back on her phone.

  My sub was made perfectly at the Lake Lansing location. I prefer this location because last time at Haslett they did not have tomatoes. If you are a member of the online club, you can sometimes get a sub for $6.99 foot-long. I ordered mine on the web and pick it up for takeout and it has always been ready when I get there.

  Absolutely horrible service the last two times I’ve been in here today. I was told I needed to wait a few minutes while she finished bread so I sat there for five minutes and walked out. I’ve worked for Subway before this is not how business is supposed to be conducted.

  The owner/manager should be ashamed. They had a younger woman working, by herself, during peak hours, 3 days into the job. 30 minutes for a subway sandwich is incomprehensible. Kudos to the woman for being friendly and doing her best.
