  I just want to say whoever the guy is that was just there when I went, this afternoon was so awesome. I never leave reviews for things, but he was so nice greeting me, made little small talk that wasn’t too much ya know? Main point is that I’ve been having problems at other subway locations in east lansing/lansing area, and he just made my sub how subway is supposed to make them! Great experience.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Tim and his coworker (I didnt catch his name) were amazing! They were super busy but still very kind and considerate. They took time to ask about the quantity of each ingredient and were super friendly! We had an amazing time and I will definitely be back.

  Such a hit or miss. Grown man with glasses always has an attitude about orders and talks under his breath like i cant hear him. I asked for two sandwhiches and he made it sound like i was the problem. There was no one there. Before then, i came in there earlier that day to grab something quick, no one there, he was making only two sandwhiches from another order and he told me 10-15 min wait, i had to leave and not get anything. When i was there, the attitude, and i watched him make the sandwhich sloppy and he didnt even cut it. In my opinion he made it sound like it was my fault. I felt embarrassed and judged. Its a collage campus, needs at least two people closing. Everytime i go in, hes always overwhelmed and busy. College kids are up that late. Im a manager/GM and this is totally not okay on staffing. Know your place and surrounding and have happy customers.
