    BRENDAN ROM is a A1 agent. He has great communication skills and has made all my interaction with Allstate easy, fast, and informative. He makes sure things are handled quickly and efficiently in the proper order and that i understand everything every step of the way. He is the best insurance person i have every worked with!!! Brendan and the Allstate team are highly recommended.

    DO NOT USE THE JOSEPH DUNN AGENCY!! We switched from State Farm to them in January. Our insurance was supposed to be around $350 a month. It quickly jumped to over $380. I didn't say anything. Recently we went into the office to discuss my daughter buying a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid and trading in her 2023 Kia Forte Turbo. The insurance was supposed to go up around $40 a month. Expected. They made a copy of her license so everything would be ready when she picked up the car. We called from the dealership and they switched everything over. Unfortunately, she was involved in an accident. The other driver was at fault and received a ticket. Now my next payment on the first is over $1000. That is not in my budget! Apparently they never put my daughter on the policy even though we went to the office and they copied her license. Our new rate is over $500 a month and they decided to go back and bill us for the previous month. I called them because I felt they should absorb some, if not all, of the costs related to their mistake since it was 100% their fault. Also, had they said our new rate would be over $500 a month she wouldn't have traded the car she had. They refuse to do anything. Basically it's their mistake and we have to pay for it! Also, the repair is taking longer than expected so I asked about extending her rental. They wouldn't help me so I called Enterprise. Enterprise even said the insurance company will usually just extend the rental. Not the Joseph Dunn Agency!!
