  I really want to give a shout-out to Cortney for her outstanding customer service! So many times I’ve considered buying a steering wheel cover, but I always talked myself out of it because I knew I wouldn’t be able to put it on myself. This time, I stopped by the store to replace my windshield wipers and happened to see a cute steering wheel cover that I couldn’t resist. Cortney first helped me replace my wipers, and then kindly offered to help install the steering wheel cover. It turned out to be really hard, really, really hard! But she never complained, never gave up, and just kept trying. She spent more than 10–15 minutes working on it with patience and determination until she finally got it on. I was so impressed by her willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer. Her kindness made my day. Thank you, Cortney, for your amazing help and excellent service!

  Advance Auto on Grand River in East Lansing is by far the best auto parts store I have ever worked with. My most recent experience with Christopher and his help providing me with advice and offering their tool loan program was outstanding. The staff there has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in helping customers.

  My windshield wiper snapped in half on my way back from dropping kids at school. Steve at the store on Grand River in East Lansing was very friendly and kind and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the wipers, helped me understand the warranty, reminded me about wiper fluid, and made me feel safe and secure! He even installed them for me in a way that didn't make me feel guilty for asking lol. I felt like he was approachable and understanding. Above and beyond for someone with severe anxiety. Thanks AA and thanks Steve!
