  Solo guy working taking care of 6/7 lobby customers and me in the drive through doing an amazing job and very polite. Need to hire more people to help out things ridiculous

  I would give zero stars if I was able to. Every single time we order it is wrong. It is never the right meat, right cheese, not toasted or something. They do not answer their phone to make it right nor care. I never complain because I realize short staffing, etc but reading a mobile order is not difficult, checking the order is pretty simple and answering your phone is incredibly easy. I now understand why local people do not eat here.

  I put a order in on the mobile app then when I showed up to pick my food up they gave me someone else’s order so I tell them that’s not my order and give it back to them. The girl then begins to tell me that my Oder never went through. I show her that it showed in my bank app that it charged me. She then tells me that it won’t actually charge me seeing it didn’t go through on their end. I try to reorder my food on the app again and she says it didn’t go through. I show her once again that it didn’t send me a confirmation email or text and they it took the money from my bank account. She then tells me she can’t make my food for me because it’s a waste of too much food after I’ve been charged $32. I ended up leaving with no food and the next day or so keep an eye out on my bank account to see if they actually took my money and they did. When I called and talked to the manager she refused to give my money back or make the food I paid for because they never sent the confirmation text. Don’t waste your time or money at this subway.

  The employee working.. by their self .. Great job i might add.. was just trying to keep up with the lobby full of customers.. but was very in gauged with the customers and kept the customers talking and informed of how busy they were .. and driveway was closed it looked like for repairs or construction.. again.. great job.. Subway.. get your people some help
