  Back when subway opened you could get as many veggies that you wanted. I went to Dowagiac Michigan subway 2 times and this last time was the LAST TIME!!!!!When I asked for a little more onions she said they have to follow protocol on how many ingredients you can get !!!! Since when did this start. I got a total of 5 onions on my sub and when I asked if she could put more on she said no due to protocol. Then I asked her if she could charge me for more she said they didn't have a button on the register for that. Soooooo I will NEVER go back and before I order another sub from there I will ask if there's a protocol. I think they are just too lazy because then they would have to cut up more veggies. It's totally not correct so Subway if that's the way it is now SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!

  Don’t usually leave many reviews. 1 of the worst subways I’ve ever been in. Apparently even if you want to pay extra for a lot of lettuce on a sub , you get told THEY can not do that. Seriously? Rude immature girls, sadly neither belong in public. But not surprised considering the area.

  Everytime we went subway in Dowagiac the staff there are rude! They are not happy about that job!

  Great customer service. The young man there that is the manager was very helpful and had a great experience.
