    Everyone in this establishment at this location have a nasty attitude. Service is HORRIBLE. In there gossiping about each other instead of paying attention to what I ordered and messed my food up.. I asked for empty cups (was willing to pay) and was told only if I take a survey lol smh.. is rather leave a review of how rude you guys are from the way you talk to your customers to the way you handle the food. I refuse to go back to this location and yall need to train your workers on better customer service. From the pregnant one, the short chunky one and the red head light skinned chick.. horrible service and attitudes!! Food UNDERCOOKED.. NEVER AGAIN…. Update… I decided to come back to the establishment today and I had the most amazing friendliest experience ever. There is one team member in particular that should be recognized extremely for the way he goes above and beyond with his contagious smile to reassure that I have a better experience. Thanks a lot Jalen

    Terrible customer service stood in the lobby for about 20 mins an NOBODY took my order. There was THREE people behind the counter cursing and shouting loudly and all three were bagging orders but NO ONE was up front taking orders, smh!!! Poor customer service and I’m guessing the one who was shouting and cursing was the MANAGER, terrible 00000/10. DO BETTER! They didn’t even deserve the one star I left.

    This was a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. My husband and I walked in and were completely ignored from the moment we entered. There was an employee behind the counter bagging orders, dancing, and singing, but not once did she acknowledge us or let us know she would be with us shortly. We stood there for several minutes—around five minutes—without any greeting, eye contact, or basic customer service. It felt like we were invisible. Eventually, we decided to leave because it was clear we were not going to be helped in a timely or respectful manner. We went to the Wingstop on 12 Mile and Dequindre instead, and the difference was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our order was taken right away. This level of service is unacceptable. No customer should have to stand ignored while employees are distracted. Management needs to address customer service and awareness of guests immediately.

    If i could give 0 stars that would be too kind. This location is just downright nasty. They are rude, they constantly mess up your order and when questioned about it they act as if you were wrong for pointing it out. I literally had one employee tell me “my name ain’t Wingstop”. This kinda attitude deserves a deeper investigation. IMO - fire the whole staff and start over. Not one person in there deserves to work in public service

    I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. The customer service was extremely poor, and the food was overly seasoned to the point it was barely edible. When we politely brought the food back to have it corrected, the worker became very rude, started cursing, and said she “wasn’t going to keep fixing food that was messed up.” She then went on a rampage in the kitchen, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for everyone there. To make matters worse, when we asked for ranch after the issue with our order, we were told we had to pay for it because we didn’t bring the original ranch back with the food. The entire situation was handled terribly, and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with disrespect for bringing up concerns about their order.
