  Customer service horrible. One employee is taking a break leaving one person to bag orders. Lady at the counter is rude and seems uninterested in your order. You need a whole new staff and definitely better training in customer service.

  I was there at 2:15am to 223am waiting on an order. The lady gave my order to somebody else. He started eating my food right on the line and he said II was there at 2:15 to 223 waiting on an order. The lady gave my order to somebody else. He started eating my food right on the line and he said I got the wrong order. She did not make remake my order so I had to cancel out the order due to the fact that your employees did not give me my proper order so the customer and me lost out on the item and the funds. Don’t think that it’s fair that your employees give out food to their friends and family before the customers that’s very poor business. You need to be on that because that’s considered stealing

  Lazy. Pissed u came in. Slow. Will be waiting for food while everyone is on their phone sitting around. Loud and profane staff. Incompetent and rude. Awful experience i wouldnt recommend. Boneless wings were servicable but bone in wingswere gross

  The lady at the counter that states she is a GM was arguing with a customer over condiments. I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order and the lady was right. Every meal comes with a sauce and the GM was rude and asked the 2 women "are y'all really this mad over a $1.60" was crazy. Me being in hospitality you should honor your customers especially when they are not in the wrong and I had to wait because the young lady asked to receive a refund and was told she cannot get one. I will not support businesses that are not only unprofessional but a business that disregards their customers. In this economy we need every dime we can get and for patrons to still purchase food but to treated as if they are nothing is beyond me. DO NOT EAT THERE!
