  Received exceptional service on or about July 2026, from this store regarding my Dumouchel's auction item. I won a Johnny Carson autographed picture. They packed it so well it arrived without any damage whatsoever. I was treated kindly and respectfully and the price was reasonable. Thank you, UPS Store

  I am very satisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The location is very convenient in Downtown Detroit for returning Amazon packages, making photocopies, shipping packages, and much more. Thanks to the cashier who assisted me; she was very friendly and efficient.

  Worst store ever!!! They have had my things for at 5 days! And it still out for delivery! I was supposed to have it yesterday! Then it turned into today! It was supposed to be here before 1! Now it’s before 9! I usually don’t get my things delivered in Detroit! Because of reasons like this! I usually do oakpark 🥰! Never had any issues! Detroit is horrible and I will never use them again I promise! I just want my things!
