  I took my food to go. When I went to eat it, the bread was dried out and had a crunchy outside. Not like a typical subway bread I have had before. I also had an issue with one of the ingredients in my sandwich. I went back later in the day to bring it to their attention and possibly get something different or a refund. The girl at the counter was nice enough and apologized for the trouble. She said she could re-make my sandwich. I should have known better. I had the same problems with the second sandwich. I gave some of it to the dog, but threw away most of it. I will never go to this location again because of this experience.

  I have eaten at this Subway a few times since it is close to my job but on May 22nd I walked in waited 2 minutes before anyone spoke to me and when a guy from the back saw me he asked who's supposed to be up front, another worker came from the back and said how can I help. I said I wanted soup, she grabbed the bowl to put soup in and the ladle to get the soup and stirred it to pour me some. I saw her bare hands with no gloves touch my bowl and said nevermind and walked out. That's nasty you don't come from the back doing God knows what then no wash your hands and start touching food and products. That will be my last time going to this location.

  Such a great experience here. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming with my kids and made us feel really comfortable. They were very understanding and kid-friendly, which means a lot as a parent. The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was amazing. Definitely one of the best Subway locations around!
