  The guy cooking thare I had to explain 3 times what I wanted and when he was making the sandwiches he was sniffing the chicken and he wiped snot from his nose on the backside of the glove And when the guy put the sandwiches in the oven he put it in a in a few seconds longer because he was eating a cookie

  I've been going here for years. The service used to be great . Since they began the 25hr thing it has went down bad. The other day i had to tell the young lady to cover the food.... the flies had got on the meat. At least she was cool about it and had a decent attitude so i thought they were on to something..... I was wrong! Today was thee last straw. This is the most unprofessional location I've ever seen in my life. First off there is always someone different working there like they hire someone new every night and with each new hire, the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism intensified. Today i walk in past the sandwich artist at the sink i assumed washing his hands. A young man came in behind me and started loudly asking for a sub. The sandwich artist proceeded to have a 5 minute loud conversation about how he doesn't give free subs out. He charge at least$5 for a 6in. As that conversation continues another young lady gets in line behind us. She asks if we were waiting i say girl yes. About 45 seconds later the sandwich artist wraps up his convo and asks the thing lady behind us by name " yo such and such what you want? Not ONCE DID HE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE US. She tells him and he commences to go behind the counter and starts making her order. Like we wasnt just standing there at least 6-8 minutes before she even walked in. That's not to mention he's another one who didn't have the food covered up. The temp on the tuna couldn't have been safe. Needless to say we walked outta there. Whoever is working there right now 7/27/2026 at 4:30pm need to be at the very least sent to retraining if not let go cause that was thee worse customer service I've ever had in my life... I will never step foot in that place again.

  Just an amazing experience they are open real late till 2 am and made my sub with so much love. I highly recommend this Subway !
