  They lost a very important package that I spent extra to have delivered within two days. If I could give -1 stars, I would. And if that wasn't bad enough, after a full week of having my package delivered and calling them twice, on the third a week and a half after, did they tell me that my package was lost AND THEN told me that I would have to file a claim with FedEx to be reimbursed for my last package. Next time I'll stick to USPS.
