  I was responsible for coordinating a print & collate job for an event down the road from this Fedex location. My work headquarters are on the east coast, my office is in another, and this team was (obviously) based in MI. And they are, by far, one of the best teams I have ever had the privilege to work with on a project like this. They were communicative, kind, responsive and did a GREAT job for our team. I can't thank them enough - the whole team was wonderful but Lauren & Patrick in particular. Thank you so much for helping us make our event a success!

  I came in yesterday needing to print 100 copies of a five-page document for an event that night. Lauren was incredibly helpful and professional and made the whole experience stress-free. It honestly turned around the whole trajectory of my day!

  Terrible service. I stood waiting for fifteen minutes before anybody came to ask questions or inquire as to why I was there. I wasn't given any attention and was ignored. While one individual was being helped at the expense of about 2 or three people waiting in line.. The worker was talking about just things in general. And really not trying to expedite there are services. When I complained, I was told there was no information I could get. I could get until they were ready to give it to me. I put my order in 8 hours in advance online. And it took them until closing time fill the oreder Fulfill my order. He also stopped working on my order to talk to another customer. I was told that my order wasn't his responsibility and but he would do it anyway.
