  I visited this DHL location today and received outstanding service. As it happened, it was the employee's very first day, and she mentioned I was her first customer! Even though she was still learning the ropes, she was thorough, patient, and made the entire process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find such high-quality service right from day one. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work—she is a wonderful asset to the team!

  Supposedly l had to pay a tariff on on a one hundred and fifty year item. I paid it got a receipt from DHL....assumed all was well. Went to track it hours later, it was listed as held up...then good luck trying to get through to a human ...fat chance..customer service is an oxymoron... l am appalled
