  I visited this store to return a few items that didn’t fit, and the experience was very unpleasant. From the manager to the employees and even the security guard, everyone gave the impression that they did not want to be there. Instead of greeting me or assisting professionally, they seemed confused and annoyed that I was making a return. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming from start to finish. Returns are a normal part of retail, and customers should not be made to feel like they are inconveniencing the staff for following store policy. A little professionalism and friendliness would have made a huge difference.
