  It’s 7:20 on a Saturday they don’t close till 9. The door gates is half down, nobody answering the phone and there’s 4-5 cars sitting outside waiting for somebody to come to the door. Maybe more associates are needed or everybody doesn’t need to take break at the same time. Nonetheless unacceptable for a business

  I placed an order yesterday and paid for same day delivery. It never came. I reached out to customer service a few hours ago and they apologized on behalf of the store and said the store employees thought it was a pick up order. Okay mistakes happen. She said the order was being sent out for dispatch and would come today. Now, here we are, after the delivery window and my order still is not here. Meanwhile, my car is just sitting in the driveway, waiting for the order in order to be driven. This has been a major inconvenience and a terrible experience. I do not recommend using their delivery service. Update: Another day later, order still has not arrived. Customer service now claims the store cannot find my order and it needs to be cancelled. Either the system sucks or the employees at this store are completely incompetent. Wish I could give zero stars.
