    Unprofessional. Rude to customers, complaining the qr code scanner for Amazon returns are "down at national level". Can't wait until Amazon stops using ups for returns.

    If I can give this place zero stars I would. Never again will I use this location to ship anything. They lose your packages which is really interesting and when you ask for a receipt they say they can’t reprint them out. Customer service is horrible. I’ve had to contact UPS corporate to file claims for lost packages because this location can’t do its job.
