    The lady didn’t like the box I made so she wouldn’t insure it because it wasn’t in their box. So I asked her to repack it. She then told me they do not carry that size box. She told me to go to Home Depot and buy a box. I will not be back to that particular store.

    This UPS has the best customer service every single time I visit, anytime I have a return here I look forward to it so much better then usps across the street they’re so rude and mean there, it’s like it’ll kill them to greet you or even smile no damn respect, choose UPS over that place if you can!
