  They had get customer service and the lady that was helping us it was her birthday and she had such get energy for being at work on your birthday. Shout out to Shae you were amazing.

  I had a great experience at the FedEx location next to Target on Greenfield and Ford Road. Bella provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Thank you, Bella, for making the experience so easy and stress-free. Excellent service all around!

  Every time I come to this FedEx there are 4-5 emplpyees who just be WALKING AROUND AND CLICKING ON COMPUTERS rather than help customers. WHAT DO YALL BE DOING???? There would literally be 3-4 ppl waiting around in line while these employees are just frolicking around… PLEASE move faster FedEx.
