  Very disappointed with my experience. I was told to bring my package to this location for shipment, so I loaded it up and brought it in, only to be told after the fact that the package was too long to be shipped from this store. After all the effort of transporting and carrying it inside, I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me. No attempt to help, offer alternatives, or point me in the right direction. It felt like I was brushed off and sent on my way. A little customer service and willingness to assist would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience

  I’m from out of town and I needed to scan some documents and email them to myself for work. Kourtney came to help me and she was so kind and helpful, I was in and out very quickly. Not just kind she was so jovial and pleasant despite the terrible weather and probably doing such a mundane task that was important to me. I appreciate you Kourtney!!!
