I dropped in on a Friday about 45 minutes before they closed with two large boxes headed to Spain. The young lady was very helpful and accepted my packages. The manager even followed up with me by phone the next morning to assure me that the packages were secure and would be picked up soon. I wish all companies would treat their customers that well.

Very bad experience. When I visited this location, the young man working at the front desk completely ignored me and treated me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer at all. Customer service should be much better than this. I would not recommend this location if the same employee is still working there.

Package was delivered successfully and quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful with helping me send my first international package! I will definitely use again and refer to my friends! Thank you!
