    Went in to pick up my online orders employee said it would be a min yet I waires 15 mins just for my order to be sitting on the shelf. Then didnt even get a sorry terrible late night crew

    I think it’s really crappy that they blame the Uber driver and forgetting half my order when they were the ones who didn’t hand them the bags. They led me to believe it was the Uber driver‘s fault until I showed up and realized that the food has to be hand-delivered from the employee to the Uber driver. So my family got to enjoy cold Wings and fries. I’m so excited to have paid $66 For food that I probably could’ve ordered from Walmart and heated up myself now I know for next time .

    I scheduled an order on Wingstop’s website for this location to be ready at 7:45 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 PM and looked at the screen to see that my order was being bagged. So I stood and waited until my order was done. To my surprise that was 30 minutes later than when I arrived. The entire time that I waited in the restaurant, other customers came in after me with either DoorDash pickups or online orders and receive their orders pretty quickly. As more customers came in, my order disappeared from the screen. Finally, the employee told me that my order had three more minutes. I continue to wait for an additional five minutes. And was not offered anything for the inconvenience. Not even an extra ranch or beverage. I will not be returning to this location.
