    Customer service does not exist at this UPS store! They make sooo much money processing Amazon returns but if you forget to tape your box, they refuse so adamantly to tape it for you & force you to buy a whole roll of tape!! It’s pathetic really!

    I would be lost without this ups store Brooke has helped me with returns and shipping issues more than once .She has a beautiful smile and greetings as soon as you enter the store and helps solve any shipping issues you have. Seriously the best UPS store ever .Thank You again Brooke
