I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee with blue hair was rude, unprofessional, and spoke to customers in an unfriendly manner. Customer service is an important part of any business, and unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or respected during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

The sub I got was missing 5 ingredients that I asked for and then when I tried to call to address the problem, no one answers the phone...

Tried calling to store 4 times to make sure they heated up the meat bc let's face it who wants to eat cold food
Of course no answer
Get the sub an what a surprise cold never heated / cooked the meat then they didn't even bother to wrap it
55 dollar order an just another disappointment 😞
