  I placed an order for pick-up 30 minutes prior to arriving and the app told me it was ready. When I went inside and told the two employees I had a pick-up order, they seemed somewhat dismissive (which I tried to not pay mind to) and I had to wait on the side while they took care of another customer. When I finally got helped, the guy behind the counter had me tell him my specific order again. It took about 10 minutes longer than it should’ve been. I would have understood if they were busy, but there was only one customer at the counter when I walked in and I didn’t see any other orders being made. Overall, bad customer service.

  I went to subway on Ford road in Dearborn Heights and ordered a protein bowl,when I asked for extra tomatoes 🍅 he didn’t give me any tomatoes and then when I asked for vinegar he poured some on my bowl and told me that was enough vinegar.

  I went in with my little sister, we got a grilled chicken sandwich, the worker asked “grilled chicken right?” i said yes and didn’t watch her make it. i open my sandwich and find out she put tuna.
