  If i could give a negative star I would. I've had bad service but this took the cake! I ordered through doordash and was judged out the gate and was denied my food even after showing paid receipt. I was told by the manager he didn't like doordash or people that come in. Do not spend your money with this establishment or waste time or energy. This was the worst experience I had and dont trust eating the food after what I went through.

  The thin man working at 8pm Tuesday August 18th was so rude and pretentious. Giving me a fit about removing tomatoes from the protein pocket and wanting to add extra pickles and olives. “Is made how it’s made no substitutions” or whatever he said under his breath. I’m literally willing to pay for add ins, but don’t even have the option??? Make it make sense. Also the protein picker wasn’t even wrapped. Just fell apart. He was so rude, and slow. Took 10 min to make an online order sub before slowly getting to us while rolling his eyes. This store should close foam with us terrible ratings. And don’t even get me started on the absolutely ridiculous prices.

  Walking up the place was messy with Nats floating around the case. The guy working was rude. I asked for a side of ranch. They don't do that I guess. Went to pay for my order almost $9 for a 6 inch veggie sub. 3 items was on it. Look at the prices first and decide is this place worth it.

  It's awful. The employee wasn't even friendly. The bread is atleast a day or two old. It's hard and crumbling apart. The lettuce is obviously old and the cucumbers are yellow and waterlogged. The $3.99 6 inch special doesn't say it, but we were told that you are only allowed 3 veggies ( that might explain why the veggies look so bad) and 1 condiment. God forbid you want vinegar AND oil on your sub.
