  Honestly not a bad place to stop its kinda pricy but what isnt now a days? Staff always does there best to be kind and helpful. Food was better than most, great portions I have to say. Overall I love the place

  First of all Subway isn't all that great but sometimes you're in a pinch for a quick bite. Nice store and good service but holy smokes this is the most expensive Subway I have ever been to. Maybe they think that because it's by the ballpark they can charge $18.95 for a regular footlong steak and cheese with chips and a small drink for lunch on a Tuesday in early March. And that's before they give you the option to tip when you pay with a card. Hard pass on that tip my friends. I still can't believe it was that much and I won't be back. There's a much more reasonable one a little out of the way and I'll go there next time instead.

  Incredibly skimpy sandwiches on stale tasting bread. Sure didn't look anything like the commercials. Not a frequent customer, now probably done with Subway. Lots of other choices in the area.

  This location is under new management and it definitely shows! Amazing, fast, and friendly service. One of the cleanest places I've eaten in Grand Rapids. The staff is probably the kindest food service staff I've ever came across in my life. Great atmosphere. I love it. It's my new lunch spot for sure.
