  I stopped as this location to do an Amazon return. When I walked in the gentleman behind the counter jusy seemed super annoyed to have to do the return. Never said hi, never smiled and seemed like he hated life. When the return was done I asked him kindly if he wouldn't mind throwing the bag away that I brought my return in with. He proceeded with a very rude tone saying "no but you can do it yourself in the trash behind you" there definitely was way better ways to say this. I haven't ever used fedex much but this didnt sway me in their direction at all. I will continue to use UPS or USPS over FedEx any day. I stayed kind and smiled through the whole transaction but rude customer service won't bring people back in!

  Horrible customer service on FedEx behalf, if you call the store number you are routed to India where they want you to have the address to the store before they will even help you so let’s say you have Siri call the store. You don’t know the address and that person in India has no clue on what their stock is or what that store can do just more corporate razzle dazzle to make the customer Customers, experience, miserable and frustrating. You explained to the customer service agent that you want to speak to someone at the store to see exactly what they have in stock and if they can meet your needs. You have dropped the ball FedEx

  Gretchen and Noble are ANGELS!! They helped us through a large emergency print job and got it done for us in record time. Truly the best customer service experience ever!
