  Fortunately, I end my workday dropping off at the Fed Ex on Alpine. The staff is amazing. I never worry about the packages I drop off. They are always quick to ship and never get lost in the process. I never leave without a smile. They greet me every day with a "Hello", "Hello, friend." or just a wave if they are tied up with other customers. There is no better place to drop off packages this side of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

  Looks like I'm one of many who gets extremely rude customer service from this location. His name tag was worn but I believe it was Nobil and he was working at 3 pm on Tuesday July 21, 2026. Basically he would not look at me, had a look on his face as if he hated his life and didn't even look at me when he handed me the receipt. I waited for a thank you or have a good day and he was silent. So I said "thanks for the friendly customer service". He responded with "I do my best". At least I finally got him to talk. I tried to contact FedEx customer service and they make it absolutely impossible to speak with someone. Two for two today FedEx! I'm now a loyal UPS person.

  Rude man at counter, didn’t offer a receipt for drop off and acted like I was an inconvenience to be in his presence 🤣. No one acknowledged me either. I’ll go out of my way next time for another store so I can be treated like a human being. Do better!

  My my package did not arrive at 2.05 When it says to they take forever delivering packages.I will never use fedex again
