  The general manager Ben is exceptional. I came here after a poor experience at a different location and he turned my day around. Ben is the type of person who is present, compassionate and goes above and beyond for those who are kind and reasonable. He is a gem and we need more folks like him in customer service. A female attendant also helped me and she was equally kind. Would definitely use this as my auto shop if I lived in the area.

  I love how they have clearance tags for items that are on clearance which was Flex Seal spray white or black so I decided on getting 3 cans of white and 3 cans of black the clearance tags clearly said $8.95 and it said Flex Seal but when they rang it up it came to $17.95 and they said they could NOT correct it. So they refused to sell it for the clearance price. Such BS and bad customer service

  On a COLD December Saturday our heater blower went out. We found our best price at Advanced Auto Parts! We were greeted by Jenn & Eric ~ extremely thorough and great people to help us get the exact part we needed. Daniel and Mike also provided support! I’d go back there anytime especially if I could deal with these 4 extremely helpful individuals. I would highly recommend the location near Alpine & 4 mile! 😊
