  The staff is always helpful with any questions you might haven’t. I came in on a Sunday with five packages to return, but one of them was meant for USPS, which is closed on Sundays. Fortunately, the team told me I could drop off the USPS package with them instead. They allowed me to print my shipping label for $2 using their printer and assured me that USPS would pick it up the next day, saving me an extra trip. With current gas prices, that was a huge bonus! Overall, they did an awesome job—thank you so much to all the employees at The UPS Store! Have a lovely day.

  This sign looks ridiculous and is passive aggressive and demeaning towards customers. Just get the door fixed or come up with a solution besides these make shift signs. Maybe print a nicer, laminated one with simple instructions to not force the door. This sign is not a way to respectfully communicate with your customers.

  Consistently very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lines always go by quickly. They make Amazon returns a very quick and easy process.
