  10/10 experience! I came in from California needing a document notarized for school, and Ethan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We also needed to overnight some paperwork to make sure it arrived as quickly as possible, and everyone at the store was friendly, professional, and made everything so easy. They took great care of us and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Highly recommend this UPS Store!

  If i could give zero stars I would. They want almost 5$ to print a label. They charge like 0.20 per piece of paper but wouldn't allow me to print a paper version of my label to put on a package. They said I could go somewhere else and print it on a paper and use that. Absolutely ridiculous especially when Amazon give no choice besides using the crappy ups for a return.

  The convenience and ease of returns is so nice. I can go in get a code scanned and walk out. It's wonderful. Minimal work on my end, no paperwork, no signatures, I barely had to talk to the worker, Amber (I only know her name because of the paper she gave me), as someone who hates the general public, this is lovely. I don't have to talk to people, I don't have to spend more than a minute in the store, I always use ups because of this.
