  The staff didn't want to sell me a phone he kept making excuses and didn't want to do his job.If you can go somewhere else or do it online incompetent staff.Cricket needs to retrain staff especially foreign ones.

  I switched to cricket today and am so glad I did !!! Destiny , Jessica and Ali went above and beyond to find every way possible to save me money. .. they were kind and professional and just all around amazing !!! Thank you !!

  Jessica the manager was amazing at getting all off my questions answered today!! She is a great asset the Coldwater store. Taylor who she works with is very good at helping also. Great girls in this office and this store is heading in the right direction. Hats off to these ladies!!
