  I have successfully faxed from here before on 4/24. I went in 5/05 to fax 3 more pages to the same number, I gave them the previous confirmation page for the fax number. After 3 attempts they told me it went through. Come to find out it didn't, they were faxing the pages to their own stores number. I returned 5/11 to fax the 3 pages to the correct number. Even after pointing out their mistake they still charged me. It's only $3 but it should have been free to pay for the service I never received in the first place on 5/05 due to incompetance. Also this location is flooded with Amazon returns. Expect 10-20min wait times for any service.

  Went in to return a package. There was only one guy in there i guess a customer. Then a lady come out I assume was the worker, walked right past me didn't say anything just totally ignored me. I stood there for about 3 minutes to see would I be acknowledged. But I wasn't so l left. I have a package that needs to be returned from there. After this visit I want be going back.

  Staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, very quick, packaged my item meticulously and even put fragile stickers!
