  Worst subway. Slow as can be. This is the 3rd time I’ve left this place. After waiting 10 minutes then oh gotta wait 20 more for door dash. Hire more people. Getting a sub shouldn’t be a 35 minute thing. Not sure why I keep coming back thinking it might be different

  The worker did not change her gloves after handling cash. I watch the girl make 3 sandwiches with nasty gloves. When questioned the shift supervisor got upset that I wold say something. She said it was OK to NOT change gloves. When I informed her that the rule is that gloves come off if taking cash. The the gloves contaminated by handling cash gloves they must be changed. They dont if the person paid by card, but the person paid by cash. There is a difference.

  terrible experience... Went in to get my kid a sub for dinner. The girl working genuinely did not want to work there. How do I know??? She kept repeating it every 15 seconds while she was trying to put on her gloves. After the 3rd pair of gloves ripped she said "I need a minute" and disappeared in the back. So wound up not ordering had to go elsewhere for sons dinner.

  First time here and won’t be the last!!! The girl working in today (5/15/26 @ 2:30p) was amazing!! Great chat while she made our 4 footlong subs! And she put the perfect amount of black olives for my daughter’s sub. Thank you!! 😊

  I don't normally write this long of a review but this one warrants it. So my daughter and I were understanding that the lady we delt with was only on her 4th day and she was by herself. No biggie. Up to a certain point. However we waited almost 30min just for my daughter to be checked out so she could pay for her food, not paying attention to the register at all. When she finally realized it, she rang up my daughter. When my daughter wanted to enter her phone number for rewards, she couldn't find the right screen because she rushed thru checking her out and didnt allow for that to happen and rudely said we don't do that here. No sweetie, you rushed thru it because you didn't know the register well enough. She still had to read the how to make the sandwiches cards(understandable 4th day and all). My daughter tried to show her where that screen was as she had worked at a subway before. That wasn't what i was most upset about. I was upset like crazy because she had the nerve to say after my daughter paid and walked out, well that lady was rude and has no business being out in public if you're gonna act that way to the line of customers that was behind us (about 4 people)! While I, the mother was standing there filling my drink. Really should watch what you say and when you say it sweetie. That was MY daughter you were talking about right there. I do not recommend going here at all.
