  Haven't had subway in years due to poor previous experiences. We ordered today and this location has Great customer service and very kind staff. Our order was delicious and was made with care. Thank you!

  Irate. That’s the word I would use to describe myself walking out of this establishment. I wanted to order a protein pocket, which they are advertising on the window, signs,etc.. but the employee told me “they are all frozen”. Then, I attempted to order something else. “ I don’t have that bread baked” is what I was told. That being the case, I was no longer able to order my food. To sum it up, i am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, knowledge and or brain cells that this subway has to offer. 0/10 just go to a different subway.

  I will never make the mistake of coming here again for one the customer service is wack, they charge you extra for veggies. I know no other subway that does this then had the audacity to get smart with me and ask me is there a problem when she tried to explain to me why there was barley any veggies on my sub including the extra jalapeños and banana peppers I asked for because they didn't get it right the first time. I ordered it at about 3:30 Friday afternoon July 28th. The black girl at the counter had a very sarcastic smart attitude and didn't want to refund me my order at first although she knew the person who ordered it for me. If you go right down the street and go to the one on Hayes you'll get a better deal and they won't tax you for veggies. PLEASE STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD thanks !
