  Would give no stars if possible. I ordered online. Picked up my order it was wrong. I call the store, the employee instead of offering to correct it screams at me she didnt make it wrong then hangs up on me. So now I paid for food we wont eat. Jersey Mike's from now on. At least they respect their customers

  Worst experience I've ever had getting a sub at Subway, very rude. Recommend you go somewhere else.

  If I could put 0 starts I would. RUN AS FAR SS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. Management is absolutely horrendous, the times on google aren’t even accurate. I ordered my sandwich on 7/12/26. At around 6:00pm. They said they close at 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:30pm. And they were fully closed. I called them the next morning asking if I could get my sandwich made or refund. A lady said we can remake it, just show your order online when you come in. I finally had enough time to come in today since I live about 40 minutes away and they refused to make the order. And couldn’t refund my transaction.

  i ordered grilled chicken on my sub, i knew thew would mess it up so in the notes of my order i put in all caps “GRILLED CHICKEN PLEASE”. open the sub and it’s shredded chicken. idk weather to blame ignorance or illiteracy but this place full on sucks

  Had a wonderful experience at this location today. I went in to get dinner for my family and Samantha was so patient and kind. She even helped me carry my stuff to the car and gave me a hug. It was a welcome positive experience on a difficult day. Thank you Samantha!
