  I don't know if it's management or what. But this is the worst FedEx facility I've ever dealt with. For almost a week now I have not received my insulin because the driver WILL NOT read the delivery instructions and refuse to deliver my package. They don't even try. I contacted FedEx countless times over the last two days. Yesterday the package was supposed to be redirected to me because the driver went to the wrong part of the building, didn't call my phone when they arrived as instructed and they torn off the signature portion of the delivery attempt slip. Thanks, Jeremiah, for nothing. However, Jeremiah just took my MEDICINE back to the facility, even though whoever I spoke to at 10:30am said they sent a direct message to the driver and changed his route to bring the package back to me. When they never came back I called FedEx again and they said it would be taken to another facility the following day for pickup. Today, good ole Jeremiah is supposedly on his way with my package. But not to take it to the facility I was given the address to for pick up. He's coming back here, to most likely not deliver my package. And I can't track it on the map for whatever reason because the FedEx app is unreliable and won't load the map. So let's see if Jeremiah can read the instructions this time because my only other option is to go down to the front of the apartment building and wait for the next four hours.

  This is the most horrible place to have a package delivered. They ruined my surprise gift for my daughter. I asked if I could pick MY package up on Saturday because they said no one answered on Friday. Like did they knock on my door eith a feather!! They are lazy and don’t do their job properly and make it extremely difficult to get a package that you paid for! Now I had to go out and scramble to get my daughter another gift which was a waste of money. I also paid extra for next day shipping! They are telling me I can’t get my package until Monday!!! Please go with UPS much easier and simpler. The worst!!!
