UNRELIABLE establishment. I have attempted to ship something out three times at this store, all since the beginning of the year. NEVER has the store been open at 9 AM as their posted hours state. This past Saturday is yet another time they were closed. I waited until 9:13 AM and they still were not opened.

Employee Misconduct and Refusal of Service
On January 26, 2026 at approximately 6:30 PM, I experienced an unacceptable level of unprofessional conduct at a FedEx location involving a female employee at the counter.
She refused to accept my return, stating the package was “compromised” due to a 2-inch tear near the handle—damage that was already present when FedEx originally delivered the package. The item weighed approximately 70 lbs, which I personally transported to the store.
Her demeanor throughout the interaction was rude, dismissive, and hostile. Notably, a male employee nearby attempted to assist and de-escalate the situation, but she ignored his efforts and continued to behave unprofessionally.
This refusal was not based on policy, but on her attitude and unwillingness to handle a heavy package. As a direct result of her actions, Amazon issued a refund, wasting my time and nearly costing the seller $400.
This interaction reflects poorly on FedEx’s standards for customer service and employee conduct. Arbitrary refusal of service combined with overt rudeness is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I expect this incident to be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

I went in today to ship merchandise back to seller & I was greeted by 2 of the nicest customer service reps I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! They greeted everyone who walked the door with 'Hi welcome to FedEx! How can I help you today?' or 'What brings you to FedEx how can I assist you?' Doing so with a smile & genuine sincerity. I was there at 11:15 a.m & they were getting a rush with folks coming in during lunch breaks. They greeted everyone with 'we'll be with you in just a moment' and gave instructions to those doing something other than package drop off. Advising the printing area is in the center of the store if that's what you need
You dont have stand in line prior. If you need help, 1 of us will be with you shortly thank you!🙂 I ended up buying greeting cards & a puzzle book because the environment was so friendly i wanted to take time to shop. When i have to go to the UPS store up the street i flip a coin with husband to see who goes because it is that horrible of customer service.
