Went in around 8:30 PM when the store doesn't close until 9:30 PM. While ordering just two pocket subs, I could hear employees telling each other, "Yeah, we're definitely not getting out of here on time." The employee helping me acted like having a customer walk in an hour before closing was a huge inconvenience.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this with the same employee—it's happened on two separate occasions. I understand wanting to finish a shift on time, but making sandwiches is literally the job, and an hour before closing shouldn't be treated like it's after hours.
The food itself is good, which is why I keep coming back, but the service and overall atmosphere need serious improvement. Customers shouldn't feel unwelcome for ordering during normal business hours.
