  Giving this 2 stars due to the 2 workers tonight. Male & female, not pleasant and talking @ 8:30 how they won’t be getting out on time in front of me and my daughter because she had class that didn’t get out until 8. I would never show up to a place 10 minutes before close but a whole hour…? Have some passion & integrity in your job if you want an successful future instead of making my 12 year old feel bad for getting food before bed.

  Went in around 8:30 PM when the store doesn't close until 9:30 PM. While ordering just two pocket subs, I could hear employees telling each other, "Yeah, we're definitely not getting out of here on time." The employee helping me acted like having a customer walk in an hour before closing was a huge inconvenience. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this with the same employee—it's happened on two separate occasions. I understand wanting to finish a shift on time, but making sandwiches is literally the job, and an hour before closing shouldn't be treated like it's after hours. The food itself is good, which is why I keep coming back, but the service and overall atmosphere need serious improvement. Customers shouldn't feel unwelcome for ordering during normal business hours.

  Ordered online at wrong location, called right away to cancel or transfer to right location and was refused. Currently trying to contact corporate. App order details now show I picked up order, which I did not. Be sure to double check all details before ordering online.
