  The lady that took our order today was SO disrespectful. Acting like she didn’t even want to be there. She had her head down at the counter and it just seemed so unprofessional to me. Also was handling my food with no gloves?!?!? Hire better people. Ruined my experience. I’ll never come back.

  Typically when you go into a restaurant/fast food past 10 pm you feel unwanted by employees and often don’t have the freshest of food however at wingstop at 10:15 pm a brother named Demetrius took my order and he has to be one of the coolest workers i’ve met. This was my first time trying wingstop and he gave me recommendations as to what i’d enjoy. I have nothing to say other than the food was amazing and the staff was even better! 10/10 recommend and I will return.

  I went to this location like a week ago before closing not really realizing it was close to closing time. The customer service, cleanliness of the restaurant and the freshness of the food was all 5 star. My wings were fried exactly how I asked for them and that's thanks to Demetrius. Thank you Demetrius for your kindness, your smile and for making my food with love even though I came in last minute. Wingstop this young man deserves a raise. A lot of locations in MI are not good, lack customer service and aren't friendly. This location here I'd drive an hour for.
