  Service was quick and convenient. I had to return an Amazon package and was very pleased with the service and friendly staff. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone in the area.

  I went in to do an Amazon return. A “free” Amazon return. They tell me that they have to charge me $3 to print the label and then extra for tape to close up the box and put the label on. Amazon clearly stated that all I needed was the bar code and the product, boxes were not required. I put it in the box because I still had it. I left. Talked to Amazon customer service. They switched my return to Staples and said there was no reason that the UPS store could not have used the bar code. Rude staff, horrible customer service!

  Had to return a few items to Amazon. The staff were very helpful and made it a quick and easy return.
