  Oh my God I love this place. I would never go to a different Subway other than the one that's right downtown on Cochran and Charlotte Michigan. The manager and her staff were super Pleasant and very faster preparing my order

  Customer service was horrible. I got there when they opened and the employee, who I think was the manager for the South Cochran location, came off rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She should lose the attitude and be more cheerful.
