    Ordered the 4.99 sub of the day and they tried to charge full price. Walked out without a sub! Disappointing how the staff dont know the sales!

    The employee’s are always nice greeting with a smile and are not bothered by any customizations I request, the restaurant is always clean and stocked!! My sub is always filled and tastes amazing!!

    I stopped by today (sat March 28th) after work and the customer service was spectacular! Very kind, welcoming and professional. I will 100% be coming back, I had no idea there was a Subway here!

    I ordered three subs, including a tuna sub. When I picked up my order, no one told me they were out of tuna. I drove all the way home and then realized the tuna sub wasn’t in the bag. When I called the store, they told me I had to drive back to get a refund. After driving all the way back, they offered to make a different sub instead, but the family member the tuna was for is very picky and wouldn’t eat a replacement. Because of that, I then had to drive to another Subway just to get the tuna sub we originally ordered before we could finally go home and eat. This entire situation could have been avoided if the staff had simply told me when I arrived that they were out of tuna so we could have handled the refund right then. Instead, it turned into multiple unnecessary trips and a lot of wasted time.
