  Ordered with the app paid extra for double meat which I didn’t receive after calling the restaurant the staff hung up while trying to explain the issue. Tried calling the location back only to be hung up on again.

  Pd 31.07 for 2 sandwiches on app. Showed it was ready get there and asked and she said she was closing at 430pm on a Monday and said.i have to talk to the manager when they got.there in two hrs as the girl there didn't know how to operate the store

  Just left. Absolutley the slowest subway I've ever been to. The one worker Steph was doing fine but just pretty slow but I'm thinking she is new. The other employee Laura sat and watched her struggle to make subs while the lobby had 4 other people in line. While Steph was trying to make our subs Laura sat and watched and only piped up to criticize how she was making them and then we were told you cant choose to have mayo on a mini sub. Why would an employee sit and watch another employee struggle and then pipe up only to criticize them? Resulted in the one who actually works to take even longer on making the food. I say the one who works because Laura appeared to be there only to collect a paycheck and watch others work.
