  One of the worst customer service I have ever seen n any any sub way. The guy who is working is not at all interested to work it seems. I will never come back here

  This location is completely unprepared for the lunch rush. Expect to stand in line forever while one customer orders half the menu for their coworkers. By the time you finally get to the counter, they’re already out of multiple ingredients. The service moves painfully slow, the staff seems overwhelmed, and the whole experience feels disorganized every single time around noon. If you only have a limited lunch break, avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting most of it standing in line for a sandwich they may not even be able to fully make.

  Bring back olives for a better review and for a returning customer. Other Subways still have olives, and I will and do drive further than I have to to go to a Subway that still carries olives.

  Went to sit down and have lunch today as I’ve done several times in the past. I get a large fountain drink of Mountain Dew (flat) I then get a Pepsi (flat) then a Diet Pepsi (water) then I ask the employee what’s going on he says try the Lemonade so I rinsed out my cup again and got that. I go and sit down to eat its LEMON WATER for $2.79. Finished my meal and asked for a refund for the drink which was still full, and he said he can’t give refunds. Another employee walks up and says she’s a manager and can’t give refunds I have to take a pop out of the cooler which is the same price. I said NO now I want to go home I finished eating and don’t want a pop and I want my $2.79 back. She said sorry the owner was only who can give refunds and he is out of town. They are relying on us filling our cups walking out and leaving before we find out it’s all watered down! In addition, the employee would not put a sign on the machine “Out of Order” Done! They are mostly all Independently owned and corporate does not care. Try to find customer number, Good Luck! Removed app and will not be going to Subway anymore.

  I got 4 footlongs from here today, the girl working behind the counter was amazing! She did keep glaring at us every 20 seconds it made me feel seen 😍😍 I’d be back to experience this! If you already think my visit was amazing you haven’t heard about how amazing she was at putting my veggies on my sandwiches especially SPINACH 😈 when I asked for all the veggies, she said “EVEN SPINACH?” Yes even SPINACH, Popeye the sailor man didn’t die for us to not eat SPINACH… on the last couple of subs she forgot my SPINACH! I mentioned it to her and she had an auditable GULP with fear clear as day in her eyes. She eneded up giving me my SPINACH but not sure what the irrational fear was, the SPINACH must have also felt special like me for getting that type of attention. 😀
