  Ordered $29 dollars worth of food, sent us the wrong sandwiches and wouldnt make right, talked to someone and she hung up on me abruptly, never been treated like this in all the years I have got subway. (Edit) the next day and the offered refund still hasnt shown up, this location has now stolen my money.

That’s why I wanted to take the time to recognize Kylie at Subway. Kylie did an absolutely fantastic job. She was professional, polite, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcomed. Her attitude and the way she handled herself really stood out to me. As an employer, I know that you can teach someone how to do a job, but qualities like a strong work ethic, professionalism, kindness, and taking pride in how you treat customers are something special. Kylie represents her workplace extremely well, and she is exactly the kind of employee any business owner would be proud to have representing their company.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Kylie at Subway for the fantastic job she did! She was incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Kylie provided the kind of customer service that really stands out. She was patient, courteous, and made sure everything was prepared exactly the way we wanted it, all while maintaining such a positive and welcoming attitude. It’s refreshing to come across an employee who takes pride in their job and genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience.
