  Asked for the 3.99 turkey and ham… they put it on bread anyways… whatever… charged me 7.00 and said no it’s not we have to charge you this for inventory even though it’s not even what I ordered…. Was already mad for paying double and I get home and the bottom is burned to a crisp…. Watched them actively just making subs wrong and saying whatever…

  My kids are obsessed with subway and this happened to the the one closest to our house. In the last month if their obsession we have come maybe 3 ir 4 times. One time the order has been right. I order on my app so there is no miscommunication. Today I ordered when I was by Metro. Takes about 15 minutes to get to subway- sandwiches not done. Nbd. The girl said we were busy and Im starting them rn. Ok alright ill come back when my app said they're ready. 10 minutes later. One person in line. Still not done but my app said it was so I pop in and the girl said that "the app just changes it to ready". Okay. Ill come back. 10 minutes later they're finally done. I get home to feed the masses their favorite sandwiches. One of pep sandwiches were not supposed to have any sauce. Somehow- there was spicy sauce on it and it was for two little kids. Sandwich could not be saved. We tried to scrape the sauce and use ranch to cover the flavor but it didnt work. The other pep sandwich was dupposed to have pepper jack cheese and had american which is repulsive, there was so many pickles and jalapeños and their juices the sandwich bread was soggy. Most of that sandwich ended up trashed. One was ordered no tomatoes for the blt and there was tomatoes, but in the app said no tomatoes- but the receipt said tomatoes, so clerical issue? The other sandwich was fine. For 30$ I am pretty dissapointed in not only the sandwiches but the service. I already am not a big fan of subway but today just ended it.

  The menu changing all the time is hugely frustrating. Never coming back. Going to other places. Overpriced for what you get.
