  I love Michael kors bags, and my fiance brought me to the outlet to see if I could find one for my mother's day gift. We went in, and I'm in a wheelchair. I had the bag my fiance got me for Christmas hang on the side of my chair. One staff member asked what I was looking for, and I grabbed my bag to show her I wanted something similar. She literally said something like, well that doesn't look like anything Michael kors makes, that's probably a fake. I was shocked she said that because my fiance ordered it directly from the Michael kors website, not the outlet page. I saw 2 bags i liked, but after that comment, I told her my bag wasn't at the outlet yet, so that's why she didn't know anything about it, and that I was going to coach and Kate spade to check out their bags because I was not going to be insulted by her anymore

  Cassidy was literally the sweetest associate I've ever met! So helpful, fun, and informative. I would go back to this location just to see her again. Make sure you ask for her if you choose to visit this store. Michael Kors- give that woman a raise right now!

  Wouldn’t let me exchange my brand new never worn shoes for same, just different size. The company wouldn’t have been out any money. They just wouldn’t budge on their “policy” Not very friendly or accommodating associates.

  Bought a nice discounted clutch. I love that it has a phone pocket!
